Specific-purpose HW Design

R-SYS team has long-standing experience in development of specific-purpose HW equipment providing digitization and processing of radar signals, in production of special interface modules designed for connection of analogue equipment to contemporary digital systems, as well as in deliveries of systems controlling the technological processes.

Tools used for custom HW designing:

  • Cx51 development system (e.g. Keil, SiLabs) using real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as RTX51Tiny, Salvo, etc.
  • VHDL-supported development systems
  • Electric programmable logic arrays - field programmable gate arrays (FPGA), complex programmable logic devices (CPLD) of Xilinx, Altera, Lattice, etc. family
  • Programmable single-chip microcontroller units of c8051F..., ARM STM32F... families
  • Buses, such as PCI, Uart, CAN, Ethernet, USB, etc.
  • Analog signal processing by use of fast AD converters of up to 120 MHz sampling rate (fy Analog Devices)

HW development projects cover all development works including:

  • Analysis of the customer's technical requirements and proposal of best-fitted solution on both circuitry and system level
  • Layout of printed circuit boards (PCB)
  • Assembling, debugging and testing of PCB
