Development Operations (DevOps) Manager & IT Administrator

Responsibilities:
This position involves a management and development of production environments, release and deployment management of software versions in Linux/Windows environment using scripting languages, and management of a company’s technological infrastructure, the main tasks you will perform are as follows:
- Analysis of requirements for SW releasing
- Creation and maintenance of SW build tools
- Production and maintenance of SW documentation
- Remote user support and incident management
- Maintenance and development of the company’s intranet
- Installation, maintenance and administration of servers
Skills required (must-have):
- Basic knowledge of programming in any of following languages:
- Python (preferred), Perl, Bash
- Powershell, windows batch files
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS at basic Admin level
- Experience in installation and maintenance of hardware (PCs, servers, LAN/WAN components)
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN administration
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and acquire domain knowledge
- Logical and analytical thinking, detail-oriented mindset, ability to take responsibility and work independently
Skills desired (nice-to-have):
- Knowledge of client-server architecture
- CI/CD technologies (Jenkins, GitLab, Python)
- Cloud-based technologies (Microsoft Azure)
- Virtualization tools (VirtualBox, VMware, Docker)
- XML/XSD
- JIRA/Easy Redmine/Agilefant, Enterprise Architect, maven, subversion/git, bug tracing system (mantis);
- Working knowledge of SW development life cycle
- Knowledge of, or expertise in ATC/ATM domain
Language skills:
- EN – elementary/pre-intermediate (A1, A2)
