Senior Software Developer & Analyst

Responsibilities:
1) As a SW developer of new, and maintenance of existing SW components in Linux/Windows environment using various programming languages you will be involved in:
- Analysis, design and development of applications
- Working on various stages of SW development life cycle within project performance
- Support in analysis of customer requirements and development of project documentation
2) As a SW developer of web and mobile applications you will be involved in both front-end and back-end SW development in compliance with applicable standards.
Skills required (must-have):
- Education (a degree or diploma in IT, computer science, mathematics)
- Working knowledge of programming in any of following languages (Junior: beginner level/ Senior: advanced level)
- C++ (STL), working knowledge of Qt framework, Poco library, cmake is preferred
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, node.js, jQuery library, working knowledge of jQuery Mobile, OpenLayers is preferred
- Java (Swing toolkit), knowledge of JPA is preferred
- Knowledge of OOP, OOD and UML modelling
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS at DEV level
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Logical and analytical thinking, detail-oriented mindset, ability to take responsibility and work independently
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and acquire domain knowledge
Skills desired (nice-to-have):
- Knowledge of client-server architecture
- Working knowledge of OpenGL+OpenCL, Vulcan
- TCP / IP communication protocols, work in “multi-threading” environment
- Scripting languages – perl/python/power shell
- XML/XSD;
- JIRA/Easy Redmine/Agilefant, EA, maven, subversion/git, bug tracing system (mantis);
- Team management, task management (assign-track-take over)
- Working knowledge of SW development life cycle (SCRUM or other methodology i/a/w ISO12207, MIL-STD-498, etc.)
- Experience in GIS development, visualization and processing of geographic data, OGC services (WMS/WFS)
- Knowledge of, or expertise in ATC/ATM domain
Language skills:
- EN – elementary/pre-intermediate (A1, A2)
