FDO allows you to:
- Process, maintain and distribute correct flight plan data as well as information from AFTN, OLDI and other sources
- Use a friendly MMI for all documents used in ATC standard (flight progress strips, FPL forms, labels, etc.)
- Create and implement FPL, FUA, NOTAM, SIGMET, METAR, TAF, maps & routes display (Map Window), and other APTs status
- Identify a FPL status and its changes, and to input FPL/FUA data into strip/FPL form in compliance with ICAO Doc 4444
- Obtain full pre-flight information for aircrews, retrieve existing plans and weather messages based on specified criteria, and automatically upload AFT/OLD, weather data, NOTAMS, etc.
